Community Outreach
This event is open to Community Health Center patients as well as the community. Our goal is to make vaccines more accessible while a providing education on the importance of immunizations, This will hopefully lead to higher vaccination rates, improved health outcomes, and healthier community. Wayne Metro will have a resource table at this event.
