Wayne Metro’s website provides information on our programs and services, referrals to partner organizations, and resources that help fulfill our mission. The site also offers opportunities to become involved at the agency, register for classes and events, and participate in various fundraising initiatives. We are committed to keeping your personal information private.
Personal Contact Information
Personal information may be entered when registering for a secure login, signing up for agency classes or events, and responding to specific inquiries such as employment or volunteering. Wayne Metro will never give, rent or sell your information to third parties.
Online donations are made through GiveButter.com, a secure third party system. We also use Stripe.com in some instances to process payments.
Internally, maintaining the privacy and safety or those using our services is very important to us. Wayne Metro has a confidentiality policy that has been approved by its Board of Directors. If you would like additional information on this confidentiality policy for program clients, please let your Case Manager know and a copy will be provided.

By opting in to Wayne Metro’s Newsletter and/or Mailing list, you may receive postal mail, e-mail, phone calls or text messages regarding agency news, events or alerts. Requests for Assistance
All requests for service or assistance from Wayne Metro are strictly confidential. Personal information including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, age and gender may be collected in order to better serve you. Wayne Metro guarantees that information shared through our site will not be used, sold or distributed to third parties.

WAYNE METRO’S CLOUD SERVICES USER AGREEMENT
Effective Date: 8/21/25
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or interacting with any digital service, communication tool, application, platform, or software developed or operated by Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency (“Wayne Metro”)—including but not limited to SMS messaging, mobile apps, portals, chatbots, and email services—you agree to this User Agreement and to Wayne Metro’s Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our digital services.
Scope of Services
This agreement applies to all user-facing cloud-based services provided by Wayne Metro, now or in the future, hosted or operated through:
- • Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- • Microsoft Azure
- • Other third-party platforms used for delivering agency programs and services
- These may include, but are not limited to:
- • SMS and voice messaging
- • Web and mobile applications
- • Online forms and portals
- • Interactive email or newsletter services
- • Client intake and case management platforms
- • Event and appointment scheduling tools
- • Document upload and digital signature systems
- • Virtual learning or training environments
Data Collection and Use
We may collect and process the following personal data:
- • Name, phone number, email, address, date of birth
- • Program participation history
- • Communication preferences
- • Uploaded documents and form submissions
- • Metadata related to platform usage (device type, browser, timestamps)
This information is collected only as necessary to deliver services, manage eligibility, provide support, and meet funding or compliance requirements.
