The purpose of the Emergency Shelter Workgroup is to establish best practices for all shelter providers in our service area. This group will also develop recommendations on how the shelters can increase capacity, operate more effectively and efficiently, and improve service delivery to the most vulnerable populations in Out-Wayne County.
