*Detroit residents in need of water assistance may apply if eligible for the DWSD Lifeline Plan*
If you live in any of the areas listed within the Macomb County WRAP Communities, please contact Macomb Community Action to apply.
If you live in any of the areas listed within Oakland County, please contact United Way for Southeastern Michigan to apply.
If you live in any of the areas listed within the WRAP Communities, you can fill out the Water Self Sufficiency application today!

Clients residing in Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, or Monroe Counties can submit documents via Wayne Metro’s Universal Application. Additional documents can be submitted to the contact information below:
