Through a new initiative called the

Metro Detroit Flood Recovery Project

Wayne Metro is offering disaster assistance to residents that have experienced flood damage
in their homes due to the June 25-26, 2021, torrential rains.

Who is eligible to receive assistance?

Survivors of the June 25-26th flood qualify for assistance.

If you do not find your community listed, and require assistance call (313) 380-1350 to be directed to your service area.

Wayne Metro Services areas will include the following communities:
  • Dearborn & Dearborn Heights
  • Downriver
  • Oakland County
  • Western Wayne County
  • West Detroit
