Introducing Raupp Housing, Inc.
Raupp Housing is 24 units of apartments that will provide permanent, supportive housing to low and moderate income households. The apartments are located in the City of Melvindale.
Wayne Metro recognizes permanent supportive housing as a major community need that can benefit low and moderate income households, particularly those in need of supports to maintain housing stability. Raupp Housing was built to meet this need.
Supportive housing is permanent, independent, affordable housing for families or individuals who have:
Low to moderate incomes
