General contractors
Wayne Metro is seeking qualified General Contractors for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program serving the communities of Lincoln Park and Canton Township.
In order to be qualified to bid on rehabilitation/demolition work on residential properties of Lincoln Park and Canton Township, please submit the following documentation as soon as possible:
Valid Michigan Builders License
Provide proof of liability and Workmen’s Comp insurance
Must not be debarred or suspended from performing work in the state of Michigan
Must be experienced in lead and asbestos abatement and removal
Prior experience in residential rehabilitation and demolition projects
Must provide 3 letters of reference
Must have a valid email address
Minority and women owned contractors are strongly encouraged to apply.
